The seminar aimed towards generating new and unique perspective on how India can foster its growth by implementing innovative strategies, as Prof. Richard D Aveni is widely known for challenging many popular paradigms.  While addressing the audience Prof. D Aveni said, India s GDP growth will be higher than China and by accelerating women participation it can lead to a double digit growth much sooner. He also added that Modi is the best leader in the world and India will flourish under his visionary leadership.

India has the second largest workforce which enables it to be a global superpower but unfortunately it has the lowest female participation rate, with only 29% of women working. Richard D Aveni emphasized on the need to boost women participation and encouraging more start up entrepreneurs in India.
