3 CHILDREN RESCUED UNDER OPERATION MILAP
 PARENTS JOYFUL ON MEETING WITH THEIR CHILDREN

INTRODUCTION

Under Operation Milap Scheme a special drive was launched by Anti Human Trafficking Unit, East Distt to link missing/found children with their families.  In this process a special team of  AHTU/East staff  including    Narendra Tyagi Inspector AHTU, ASI Ranveer Singh No. 6650/D, HC Randhir Singh No. 163/East, Ct. Rajpal No. 1967/East and Ct.  Ram Kumar No. 3244/East was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Shiv Dayal ACP/AHTU.  In this regard several Children Homes in Delhi and Neighbouring states, Railway Stations, Bus Terminus etc were being checked on regular basis with the available data of missing/kidnapped children. 

TEAM AND OPERATION

Team of AHTU/East led and guided by Sh. Shiv Dayal ACP/AHTU consisting Insp.Narendra Tyagi Inspector AHTU, ASI Ranveer Singh No. 6650/D, HC Randhir Singh No. 163/East, Ct. Rajpal No. 1967/East and Ct.  Ram Kumar No. 3244/East checked the record of  Salam Balak Trust DHRC Children Home Tis Hazari Delhi. On scrutiny of the records, the police officers zerod down the children whose details were incomplete or sketchy. These children were taken into confidence and after compassionate persuasive conversation they reveal clues about their native places. On 
the basis of the minor clues and details provided by them , their parents were contacted 
, and following 3 children were restored :
(i) A boy aged 8 years was got admitted in the Trust by the Local Police of PS Tilak Marg New Delhi   on 05/04/2015.   After compassionate persuasive conversation again and again the child revealed that he ran away from his house as his mother scolded him for not  obeying her directions.   His parents live near Railway Station  Sriniwas Puri Delhi.   After making  sincere efforts his family members were traced.  They were brought to the Trust and child was shown to them. They identified the child and the child was reunited with his  family members. The information was given to the PS Tilak Marg to take further 
necessary action in this regard. 
(ii) A boy namely 15 years was got admitted in the Trust by the representatives of 
Salam Balak Trust from New Delhi Rly Station    on 01/01/2015. After compassionate persuasive conversation again and again the child revealed that he ran away from his house. He also told that his mother has been died 6-7 years ago and his father is mentally retarded. He was living with his uncle.  Later on he provide the phone number of his uncle.  He was contacted on phone and his address was found  r/o Distt Bhadoi U.P.  The cousin of the boy was called in Delhi.  On 26.05.2015 he came to Delhi and they got identified the boy at Salam Balak Trust.  He told that boy had a fight with a neighbouring boy so ran away from his house.  He took train from Gopi Ganj and reached New Delhi Rly Station.
(iii)  A boy aged 15 years was got admitted in the Trust by the representatives of Salam Balak Trust from Old  Delhi Rly Station    on 11.05.2015. At  the time of admission child did not disclose his address as he does  not know exact location being illiterate. After compassionate persuasive conversation again and again the child revealed that he ran away from his house. He also told that his father  has been died 8-10 years ago. He belongs to a very poor family  and was residing at Prakash Nagar Moradabad.  His mother warks as a maid.  Staff of AHTU was sent to Moradabad to trace the  address.  From door to door enquiry the mother of the child was traced and address was found of Moradabad U P.  His mother and brother were brought to Delhi.  On 2705.2015 they  identified the child  at Salam Balak Trust. 

The special team under Anti Human Trafficking Unit, East Distt has done a commendable jobs being suitably rewarded
